Topaz Impérial Brut Rosé; Cuvée Cynthia Blanc de Noirs; Brut / Brut Nature; Blanc de Blancs
In the glass. Only Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier, and Chardonnay — all sparkling. Cuvée Carnaval (Blanc, Rosé, Rouge) is the easier line; Prestige is the cellar.
At the table
Cheese, charcuterie, caviar pairings. No restaurant. No outside food, drink, or picnics.
