Quiet, design-forward Oregon Road room — sparkling and Pinot Blanc specialists, not a party barn.
The old Lieb Cellars on Oregon Road, renamed Rooted North in September 2026 after Lieb and Suhru merged. Same team, same patio, and the country’s largest contiguous Pinot Blanc planting: sparkling, quiet tables, and a hard cap on vans.
