Pinot Noir and cattle on the same Cutchogue farm. Picnic tables over Merlot rows, Burger Nights from estate Charolais, and a tasting room that still feels like a working barn.
Cool-climate Burgundy + Bordeaux; Pinot and Cab Franc are the identity. Also a working cattle farm.

In the glass. Corchaug Estate: 11 acres Pinot Noir + 10 acres Merlot. North Ridge: Cab Franc, Cab Sauv, Chardonnay, SB, Petit Verdot, Syrah.
